Create an experience your child will never forget by choosing one of WNC’s nature related party programs. Currently we are offering parties for children turning 4 years and older (maximum of 12 children, no exceptions and includes birthday child). Programs will be adapted to suit your child’s age group.

 

Parties are available many Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am-1:00pm OR 2:00-4:00pm. One of WNC’s experienced educators will lead a one hour program during your party. The remainder of the time, you may host your guests for cake, refreshments, etc.

All party programs are $300.

  How to book a Birthday Party ​

• Read the Party Policies Page to review policies, understand what the parents’ responsibilities are, and what Woodcock will provide.

• Read over the Party Programs and choose the party activities.

• Contact our office email wnc@woodcocknaturecenter.org. for availability of preferred dates and times (most Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-1pm OR 2-4pm). 

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your party date.

• Once your party is scheduled, the educator will contact you prior to the party to introduce themselves and confirm final program details.

• Party time! Enjoy the day with your loved ones and create memories!
