Saturday, March 2nd from 2 pm - 4 pm
In this drop-off program for students in grade 3-5, we will learn to build debris huts using materials that nature provides! We’ll learn to gather everything we need, find an ideal place, and construct a temporary shelter that provides protection from the elements. Students will be able to test the effectiveness of their work by getting inside their shelter while educators shower the roof with water.
Educators: Tommy McCarthy and Kevin Andros
Limit of 12 students.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
