Summer Camp Refund Policy

Please register carefully. Woodcock does not issue refunds.

If you decide not to come to camp and the spot can be filled by someone on our waitlist we will refund 75% of your fee. If the spot is not filled by someone on the waitlist no refund will be granted. If your plans have changed and you would like to switch sessions, there is a $50 change fee, provided we are able to accommodate your request. No changes or refunds can be made within two weeks of your camp week start date. We do not offer credits for programs/events.

In the event we must close due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather (high heat index, thunderstorms, torrential rain, etc.), power outages, fire, pandemics, epidemics, or government action, refunds will not be issued.

As a small non-profit organization, cancellations and changes make it challenging for us to manage our enrollments and plan for camp. We appreciate your understanding. All policies are subject to change.
