Wreath Festival Fundraiser 2020

Important Update About Wreath Festival

Updated November 20. We made many adjustments to Wreath Festival this season to make in-person decorating experiences possible while meeting strict health and safety guidelines. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 positivity rates have drastically changed since our event was first announced in late October and we feel that it is no longer safe for us to hold in-person decorating experiences this season.

While this is disappointing, our creative staff has come up with a fun and festive alternative solution!

All in-person decorating will now take place as a walk-thru "materials buffet" in our pondside tent. You may still make your selections from our array of natural materials and bows and choose your balsam wreath. All decorating will then take place in the comfort of your own home.

If you have already purchased tickets, we'll follow up shortly with your assigned 30-minute time slot to participate in the walk-thru "materials buffet". Rest assured that most time slots will be scheduled at approximately the same day and time as originally purchased and groups will be kept together. However, some adjustments will need to be made to help us meet health and safety standards.

If you do not have tickets, time slots are available for purchase here.

We regret that we will no longer be able to decorate together in-person this season but, we appreciate your understanding as we work hard to maintain our beloved Woodcock events which make our programs in environmental education possible all year long.

More details will about the walk-thru process as well as revised safety protocols are available here.
